② Accommodation Dates：In: Tue, Nov 11th. / Out: Sat, Nov 15th.

Kind reminder: Accommodation fee shown are per person per night. If you wish to stay for two or more nights, the cost will change according to the number of nights. Please apply early as rooms may fill up.

③ Application process:

A) Click "Login | Sign Up".

B) "New Registration" page → "Accommodation" option.

C) Please select 'Number of rooms booked', 'Check in date', 'Departure date'.

D) If you need invoice, please fill in the information during registration.

E) After successful registration, please confirm the "Confirmation Letter" sent to your email.

F)  Payment of fees：The hotel accepts cash or credit card payments.

Included in the accommodation fee:

A) Cost of accommodation (per night, including breakfast).

B) Cost of meal (breakfast;1, lunch:0, dinner:0，all other meals during conference days will be arranged by the organizers at designated restaurants.)

C) Consumption tax and other taxes, service charges.

Not included in the travel cost:

Expenses not listed above are not included in the cost, but here are examples of expenses typically required for participation:

A) Personal expenses: Food and drinks (other than hotel breakfast), laundry, telephone charges, etc.

B) Medical expenses related to injury or illness.

C) Optional travel accident insurance.

D) Transportation costs to the venue or hotel.

An interpreter will be arranged by the organizing committee to facilitate your hotel check-in and check-out.
